Welcome to SPL Bharat Cup (SPL). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and participation in SPL activities, including registrations, trials, events, and league matches conducted through our website https://splbharatcup.com/.

By registering, accessing, or participating in SPL in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• Participants must meet the minimum age criteria specified for the respective category or event.

• Age limits, eligibility requirements, and selection criteria may vary depending on the tournament, trial, or league phase.

• SPL reserves the right to verify age and eligibility at any stage.

2. Trials & Selection

• Successfully registered participants may be invited to participate in SPL trials.

• Trial schedules, venues, and formats are decided solely by SPL.

• Requests for changes in trial dates, times, or locations will not be entertained.

• Selection decisions made by the SPL evaluation panel are final and binding.

3. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship, discipline, and fair play

• Respect officials, coaches, teammates, opponents, and organizers

• Follow all rules, regulations, and instructions issued by SPL officials

Any form of misconduct, indiscipline, cheating, or violation of rules may lead to immediate disqualification without refund.

4. Evaluation & Decision Authority

• Player performance during trials and matches will be evaluated by SPL-appointed selectors, coaches, and experts.

• The evaluation process and results are final and not subject to appeal.

5. Age Categories

Participants may compete in age-based categories as determined by SPL, which may include:

• Under 14

• Under 16

• Under 19

• Under 23

• Above 23

Categories may be modified or updated based on tournament structure.

6. Progression to Higher Leagues

• Selected participants may advance to state-level, zonal, or national-level leagues.

• Advancement is based solely on performance, discipline, and adherence to SPL guidelines.

7. Auctions, Leagues & Opportunities

Outstanding performers may be considered for:

• League auctions

• Team selections

• Sponsorships or promotional opportunities

Such opportunities are subject to separate rules, availability, and discretion of SPL and associated stakeholders.

8. Awards, Prizes & Sponsorships

• Prize money, trophies, certificates, or sponsorships may be awarded to deserving participants.

• All rewards are subject to specific terms, eligibility, and sponsor conditions.

• SPL reserves the right to modify or withdraw awards if required.

9. Media, Recording & Promotion

• SPL may record photographs, videos, and audio during trials, matches, and events.

• Participants grant SPL the right to use such material for promotional, marketing, training, or documentation purposes without additional consent or compensation.

10. Amendments

• SPL reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

• Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

11. Disqualification & Termination

• SPL reserves the right to disqualify or remove any participant for violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• Disqualification decisions are final and binding.

12. Limitation of Liability

SPL shall not be held liable for:

• Personal injury, loss, or damage during participation

• Travel, accommodation, or personal expenses

• Any unforeseen circumstances beyond SPL’s control

Participants take part at their own risk.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
